Windows Outlook freezing

Issue: Outlook will freeze randomly.  
 Its different for different people/computers.     Some will freeze when they click on an email,     Others when they just click onto the app/window 
 Solution 1: 
 Restart the computer. Not shutdown.  Do a reboot/restart.  
 
 Solution 2:  
 Do you have both WiFi and LAN connected? If so, pick one. Use only WiFi or, the LAN line.
